Getting things done... The first time you ask

During this workshop, you will learn how to use clear and concise language to make requests that are done the first time you ask.  You will have the opportunity to work on a request you have been making without success and learn from others in how they get things done.  This is an exciting opportunity to change the way you look at making requests to find more success every day.
